We regularly stock grades including AR (analytical reagent), GR (guaranteed reagent), HPLC, ACS, electronic grade and industrial grade. We support OEM branding, custom grades and custom packaging, and can organize production and repacking to your specification.

Our products are supplied as industrial chemical raw materials (some grades also serve as pharmaceutical intermediates). They are intended for industrial and research use only — not declared or supplied as medicines, and not for pharmaceutical use. Hazardous chemicals and controlled categories such as explosive precursors and precursor chemicals are supplied only after regulatory review. Please comply with the regulations applicable in your region.

A certificate of analysis (COA) is issued for every batch and shipped with the goods, showing the batch number, test items and results. MSDS/SDS (Chinese and English by default) and TDS technical data sheets are available on request.

Every batch is tested and released before shipment, and the batch number is traceable through the whole chain. Retention samples can be kept on request (the retention period is confirmed by our QC team). Third-party inspection can be arranged with an agency of your choice, such as SGS or BV; fees and lead time follow the agency's quotation.

If you have any quality concern after receipt, the retained sample of the batch can be re-tested. Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, it is handled through mutual negotiation between both parties in accordance with the contract.

Yes. We hold a hazardous chemicals business licence. Hazardous goods are declared under IMDG (sea), IATA (air) and ADR (road) regulations, and we assist with dangerous goods packaging certificates or compliant UN packaging as required. Explosive precursors and precursor chemicals are sold only after completing regulatory review under Chinese law (end use and customer qualifications). If an item is export-controlled or dual-use, the relevant documents must be provided and an export licence applied for from the Ministry of Commerce.

We can provide COA, MSDS and composition and labelling documents to support compliance declarations in the destination country, such as REACH or TSCA. The registration or exemption status of a substance is confirmed case by case.

We offer a range of standard packings and can customise to your requirements. Shipping is available by sea, air and international express, with both FCL and LCL options; hazardous goods are arranged under the applicable regulations. The port of loading is a major Chinese port and the origin is China. Fast-moving items are kept in stock for continuous supply; special specifications and large volumes are scheduled in production, and the lead time is confirmed on the order.

As a rule these include COA, MSDS, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin if required; hazardous goods additionally need a packaging certificate and a dangerous goods declaration. We normally ship worldwide, subject to the latest local laws and trade policies; restricted regions and controlled categories are reviewed case by case.

We normally support EXW, FOB and CIF. DDP is confirmed after assessing the destination country and the nature of the goods.

MOQ varies by product and packaging specification, and small lots can be split-packed. Please consult our sales manager for the exact figure. Samples for evaluation are supported, including international shipping; sample cost and freight are discussed separately.

We serve business customers only (B2B) and do not sell or supply to individual buyers or retail customers. Business customers are welcome to provide their company name and requirements to receive a quotation.

We support a range of payment methods. The exact method and credit terms are agreed on the order.

That can be discussed. We support annual framework agreements and priority supply, and we welcome regional agent and distributor partnerships, with terms agreed by category and volume.

We provide technical support for product selection and use, and can help with questions on physical and chemical properties and storage. After shipment we provide the tracking number so you can follow the goods throughout transit.

In the event of a dispute, both parties will handle it through negotiation in accordance with the contract terms.
